Investigation firm of growth of crystal structures and their shapes, with the aim of increasing the applications of ultra-fine particles, we have engaged in the preparation of alloy ultra-fine particles and nanocompound particles by the gas evaporation method.

ガス中蒸発法は不活性ガス等の雰囲気中で材料を蒸発させてナノ粒子を作製する方法であり、清浄な粒子が得られることが特徴である。

The gas evaporation method is a process of preparing nano-particles by the evaporation of materials in an inert gas or other atmosphere. Using this method, ultra-clean, contaminant-free particles can be deposited.
