We produce Tsukudani (Japanese traditional preserved food cooked in sweetened soy sauce). We are good at producing sea foods cooked in sweetened soy sauce.
Tsukudani is one of typical Japanese traditional foods. It is already cooked and we can easily make Japanese cuisine simply by combining it with cooked rice or buckwheat noodle. Accreditation of ISO 22000, ISO 9001, and HACCP in Aichi Prefecture is obtained.
