Our initial main operation was creation of construction models, and this area still accounts for 50% of our sales. Construction models are three-dimensional models of urban planning and other construction operations, and are widely used for deliberations since they enable easier understanding of the plans.
In 1975 we began creating models for hydraulic experiments, and are now the most experienced in this field in Aichi Prefecture. Hydraulic models are used to conduct experiments by actually flowing water through models before undertaking large-scale construction projects. These projects include dams, bank reinforcements and flood prevention projects.
Also, since 1979 we have been designing and constructing exhibition facilities. We have experience in planning, designing and building a number of facilities including science museums, history and folklore museums and museums for company PR exhibitions.
We can make contributions in creating models for large-scale projects by architect offices and construction companies. Our unit cost is low since we have an overseas base in China. We can also provide ample experience in cooperating with many large-scale projects in Japan.In hydraulic experiments, the use of models is essential to make sure that the designs of large civil construction projects are correct and precise. We can also help here by cooperating and creating the experiment models.With exhibition facilities, we posses abundant scientific knowledge, and are well acquainted with various methods of exhibitions. For example, we were chosen to create the models for Expo 2005. There is no doubt that we can contribute greatly in large-scale projects, especially in creating models and planning exhibitions for the coming Expo as well as the Olympics in China.
