We were founded at the end of the Edo period (1787). The Premium sake we produce has been honored with gold and silver awards at competitions every year.
Our sake, made from all-Japanese ingredients and up to 50% milled rice, offers a fresh taste that cannot be found among overseas products. We aim to offer products that lead developments in Japanese sake, and taste so good that you will never get tired of them 窶・sake that makes time stand still.
